Suzanne’s recruitment career spans 20 years with most of that time spent in the ERP space. Partnering with a diverse range of companies created invaluable insight into what works in this industry - open communication whilst delivering the very best candidates, it’s that simple.

Suzanne believes that successful working relationships are built on a solid foundation of trust. As a founder of Black Tusk Recruitment, she provides a superior service using her extensive knowledge, industry contacts, and forthright ethos.

Daniel Simper

Daniel has worked in the IT sector for 25 years. Starting as a software engineer in the late 90s and taking on a range of roles from project manager to director, overseeing teams from startup all the way to enterprise. People and processes have always been at the heart of everything he does.


Having experienced recruitment as both a hiring manager and contractor, Daniel sees both sides of the equation. He knows what works and, even more importantly, what doesn’t. In Black Tusk, Daniel wanted to build a company that makes recruitment easy, open, honest, and secure. His focus is developing processes that are seamless for our partners and using the best technology to do so.
